The “4.0 - Top 500 companies workplace design“ Forum will be held at Hall W5, Cadex conference room, Shanghai New International Exhibition Center at 13:30 on March 22, 2017. The forum is sponsored by LiteMatrix and jointly held by US Magazine “Interior Design” of Chinese version and VNU Exhibitions.


The Industry 4.0 is the fourth industrial revolution based on intelligent manufacturing, and the whole industrial 4.0 process is the process of continuous integration of automation and information, where a batch of companies worth RMB100b are born. In this 4.0 era, the relationship between people and communication patterns have changed, the office model will change, and how will the workspace design meet these changes? In today’s forum, several world-famous design companies are invited to show their remarkable space design and the trend forecast for the future office design.



As Design Director and Global Director in Office Design, Hasan has more than 20 years’ professional experience in taking part in the concept design and design management of different kinds of large office buildings, super high rise, integrated development, hotels and business projects. His works spread across many international regions, and his working experience in Australia, Dubai (UAE), Hong Kong and Shanghai enable him to own international vision and rich project experience. Hasan is responsible for advancing the entire design process according to the project profile, design task, expenditure and cost plan, and promoting design quality through innovation and lateral thinking. He is also responsible for managing the design team and providing design guidance to team members to ensure high-quality design results. Hasan has been accredited by Australian Green Star, who is dedicated to sustainable architectural design. He studied sustainable design at RMIT University, Australia, and received a master's degree in architecture from University of Florence.

Ray Yuen was born in Hong Kong and moved to Australia. The diverse cultural background prompted him to focus on creating designs that fits customers’ brand value, which are rich in culture and unique in design. Over the past 13 years, he has been involved in the design of a series of high-profile projects in places such as Australia, London and Singapore, mainly designed for commercial projects covering retail, office and recreational areas. Ray Yuen is currently in the Beijing office, with clients focusing on domestic well-known developers and innovative multinational companies, including HP, Tencent, Vanke, China Resources, Nike and Google, etc.

Douglas is an award-winning designer who has been trained as an architect. Before joining M Moser in Shanghai, he served as an interior designer of Pei, Cobb and FreedPartners and has worked with Michael Gabellini and Debra Lehman-Smith from Hall of fame of the interior design for many years. Douglas has expertise and rich experience in law firms, science and technology and multinational enterprises, who will be responsible for leading the team from concept design to deepening. He is also skilled in detailed communication and coordination with the technical team and the contractor team of each project.



Lim Chan, Founder and Design Director of CDnA, is a Chinese American architect. He studied at three internationally-renowned institutions, including Indiana University of Pennsylvania, University of Arkansas, and Harvard University. For nearly 30 years’ employment in representative interior space design, he once worked at Apple’s Global Headquarters Office; Google Office; JPMorgan Chase’s West Coastal Headquarters Office; Nike Headquarters in Greater China; IMAX Shanghai, Beijing Office and Shanghai Technology Center, etc; The interior part of the Shanghai Grand Theater, located in the People's Square, was Lim’s first Chinese project completed in the US in the early 1990s.
